Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Nhi Pham grew up in Snohomish, Washington. After graduating as Salutatorian from Snohomish High School, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree from Seattle University. There, she was selected by the faculty and her peers as one of the top ten graduates of 1995. Dr. Pham received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1999.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Pham is currently affiliate faculty at the University of Washington School of Dentistry where she has taught since 2012 in the Oral Medicine and Urgent Care Department. Dr. Pham has also enjoyed serving as an affiliate faculty at Shoreline Community College and Lake Washington Technical College where she served for over three years.

Although she has a passion for teaching and mentoring students, Dr. Pham’s first love is providing personalized care to her patients with the latest in preventative and restorative dental techniques using the most advanced technology. Her practice philosophy is focused on preventative care on both a local and global level.

Whether it be on a remote island facing the Turkish border or the African Savannah, Dr. Pham brings great joy to her dentistry wherever she goes. She is a dedicated member of Medical Relief International and her mission work has led her to Haiti, Central America, Tanzania, and caring for Afghani and Syrian Refugees in Lesvos. Locally, Dr. Pham has been a regular volunteer for the Medical Teams International Dental Van in both Western and Eastern Washington. Dr. Pham also serves yearly for the Seattle Stand Down for Veterans, Project Homeless Connect and the Seattle King County Clinic. When she is not trekking around the world or advocating for shipment of humanitarian aid, Dr. Pham lives life to the fullest with her husband, Chris, their three daughters, and internationally adopted puppy, Jin Jin. Chris coaches golf at Kamaik High School and the entire family feels blessed to call Mukilteo and the Pacific Northwest home.

Dr. Kristen Morris was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. She attended the University of Idaho for her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology with a minor zoology. Her graduate education was achieved at the University of Washington School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. After graduation, Dr. Morris completed an advanced education in general dentistry residency in Honolulu, Hawaii at the Kokua Kalihi Valley Medical Center. This is a great community clinic where she was able to increase her skills and knowledge in all facets of dentistry while enjoying the island life on her off time.

Dr. Morris couldn’t stay away long from the Emerald City and returned to the greater Seattle area in 2008. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, especially root canal therapy, extractions and treating children. She is grateful to have the opportunity to work in an amazing environment like Mukilteo Dental Center that allows her to expand her knowledge and offer more inclusive treatment to her patients. An important philosophy in Dr. Morris’ dental practice is the importance of building meaningful relationships with the entire family by providing exceptional and quality service. Dr. Morris’ travels include time in the Philippines where she volunteered in a Dental Mission. Dr. Morris likes to stay active and has continued to play volleyball throughout the years on club teams in college and co-ed recreational leagues with friends. She also enjoys Crossfit, being outside or mountain biking.

Dr. Morris is a huge fan of Husky sports, as well as the Mariners and the Seahawks. She resides in the Richmond Beach area of Shoreline with her husband, Roy, her daughters Piper and Sloan, and her West Highland terrier, Conan McRumple.

She attended Seattle University for her undergraduate studies where she earned her Bachelor of Science with a minor in Business Administration. Dr. Tiffany then went on to receive her Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Washington. She supplemented her educational experience by completing additional honors courses that specialize in periodontal surgical skills, implant placement and pathology diagnosis. Dr. Tiffany is board certified and embraces a lifetime of learning through continuing education courses. She enjoys learning updated techniques in general dentistry, dental surgery and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Tiffany is highly regarded for her commitment to patient care and dental excellence with a gentle touch. She wholeheartedly believes that a smile is one of the most universal tools of communication, and is a strong advocate of preventative care. She values relationships and puts patient comfort and safety as first priority. Dr. Tiffany loves working with patients of all ages from birth to 105 years old! Fun fact, Dr. Tiffany began as a patient at Mukilteo Dental Center and is extremely grateful for the opportunity to have her journey come full circle and serve alongside the entire team at MDC.

As a firm believer in community service and mentorship, Dr. Tiffany has mentored many pre-dental students through their journey to dental school as a G.U.I.D.E. (Guiding Undergraduates Interested in Dental Education) mentor. She was invited to become a teaching assistant for Removable Prosthodontics as well as an orientation peer advisor for UW’s admissions committee. She has also enjoyed volunteering for other organizations including Husky Smiles, SmileMobile, Medical Teams International, Mary’s Place and Seattle Gospel Mission.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tiffany enjoys adventuring around the world with her husband, Kevin and her baby girl, Charlotte. She is currently working on improving her calligraphy and expanding her arts and crafts skills set. As an avid Disney fan, Dr. Tiffany tries to visit Mickey Mouse at least once a year and hopes to complete a few half marathons at Disneyland in the near future!

Dr. Tracy Scott, Periodontist, is a respected periodontist both locally and nationally. He brings more than 30 years of dental expertise to Mukilteo Dental Center.

Dr. Scott was raised in Charleston South Carolina and earned a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. Upon dental school graduation he decided upon a career with the US Navy Dental Corp. This decision offered him a chance to serve our country, as well as gaining diverse clinical experience and professional growth. His assignments carried him to many locations throughout the world. A career highlight was his assignment at Bethesda Naval Hospital called the “President’s Hospital” located outside D.C. Dr. Scott served as Chairman and Program Director of the Periodontics Department at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School. At this teaching hospital, his department was involved in the specialty training of new military dentists. His staff was also dedicated to the treatment and rehabilitation of our many wounded warriors. Dr. Scott’s absolute focus was on helping this most deserving group of patients, but in retrospect, he was the one who benefitted the most by expanding his scope of advanced surgical skills. It was this assignment that shaped his treatment philosophy. Patients first with no second priority.

After many years of military service and too many family moves, his final assignment was at the Bangor base. Having travelled to many places in the Navy, the Northwest immediately captured him with its abundant natural beauty. But It was the wonderful people that sold him on making the Northwest his final home. Dr. Scott is ready to share his many years of clinical experience to the people of this magnificent area at Mukilteo Dental Center.

On weekends, you can find Dr. Scott hiking with his black lab, kayaking in the Sound, and fishing for salmon. During his time off, he volunteers with local charity groups to provided dental care to families in need. He and wife, Michelee, continue to explore this part of our country at every opportunity and to work to become part of the local community.

Everyone that has met Dr. Beers unanimously agrees that she is a perfect addition. She is passionate about dentistry and advanced technology and has a sincere enthusiasm for making connections with patients and keeping smiles healthy and happy.

Dr. Beers was born in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and moved to Portland, OR when she was five and a half years old. She graduated Valedictorian from Cleveland High School and went on to receive her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Portland State Honors College. For graduate school she didn’t venture far and received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Oregon Health and Science University. An avid lifetime learner, she decided to do one more year of training at an advanced education in general dentistry residency through the University of the Pacific in San Francisco and Union City, California. There she was trained in the latest preventative and endodontic technologies, periodontal surgery, oral surgery, hospital dentistry, and special needs care.

As a young child, Dr. Beers had a negative dental experience and at that time made it her goal to become a dentist so other patients didn’t have to go through what she had gone through. She is now known for her caring demeanor and strong focus on patient comfort. A huge advocate of preventative dentistry, she heartily believes that every single person deserves to keep their teeth for as long as possible and provides personalized care for each patient to help achieve that. She considers patients her dental family and is incredibly excited and grateful to be part of a team that feels the same way.

Outside of school and work, Dr. Beers has always been very passionate about the community. As a young teenager, she was in an anti-bullying performance troupe called Voices Against Violence, volunteered for Portland Community Gardens, and organized a supply run for a domestic violence shelter. As an adult, she volunteers at free dental clinics, has gone on a mission trip, and has been very involved in teaching Special Olympics athletes how to take care of their oral health. She feels very lucky to be part of a dental clinic that loves the community as much as she does.

When she isn’t working or volunteering, she spends her time in Bothell, WA with her husband and two fuzzy cats. At home, Dr. Beers loves to cook and host board game nights for her friends. A true Pacific Northwestern at heart she has recently gotten into backpacking and is looking for recommendations for good backpacking trails.
